I hope you had a fun Monday Snow Day!
Some reminders for this week:
1. Conferences start tomorrow! If you have not signed up for a time to meet with me, please do so at your earliest convenience. Here is the link to the sign up. Also, please fill out the questionnaire either with this link to the Google survey, or via the paper in your child's folder. Thank you if you have done so already!
2. Thursday is going to be Games/Toys day! Students are invited to bring in a toy or game to share with friends on Thursday, 3/7/2019. Here are the rules/guidelines:
no larger than a basketball size (or close to it)
no violent themes or weapons
it should be a toy or game that can be played with more than one person and that your child is okay letting others share in
no electronic (ipads, old phones, etc.) but battery operated toys are okay if they can be turned off so they do not distract us during the day
If you have specific questions, always feel free to reach out!
3. Friday we will be visiting the book fair from 1:00-1:30pm. Children will be allowed to visit to either make a purchase (with your approval and money provided) or a wish list of books they would like to buy or rent from the library some time! I always tell students that buying books at the book fair is always a grown up decision and that they can always go to the library to read books for free. If you choose to send money, please label a bag or envelope with your child's name.
